A Tioga County man will serve time in prison after pleading guilty in November to felony charges of promoting a sexual performance by a child in Schuyler County Court.
Joshua Maulucci admitted to possessing two images depicting child pornography and sharing the photos with others electronically. A State Police search of his computer uncovered thousands of images of child porn.
Schuyler County Judge Matthew Hayden sentenced the Spencer man to 2 to 6 years on each count, to be served consecutively or 4 to 12 years indeterminate.
