Laurie DeNardo has been officially sworn in as Mayor of the village of Watkins Glen. DeNardo was sworn in Tuesday, a few days earlier than expected.
According to the village, Louie Perazzini remains the Deputy Mayor/Trustee and Nan Woodworth remains a Trustee until their expiration dates of March 31st. Thereafter, these vacancies will be filled by newly elected trustees Peter Cherock and Margaret Schimizzi.
Mayoral appointments will eventually follow.
