An Ithaca woman is in serious condition at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre after being involved in a scooter accident.
According to State Police, Marissa McKown was riding a scooter on North Lounsberry Road in Brooktondale shortly before 7 Sunday night when for an unknown reason, she went off the road and struck a ditch.
McKown was airlifted from the scene with undisclosed serious injuries.
