A Schuyler County man faces up to seven years in prison after admitting to a rape charge.
Justin Hyde admitted in Schuyler County Court to having sex with a person under the age of 15. The 28-year-old Beaver Dams man was arrested back in April following an investigation into the reported sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl and a violation of an Order of Protection.
Hyde will be sentenced by Judge Matthew Hayden in June.
