As expected, strong, gusty winds are wreaking havoc on the Finger Lakes tonight. A number of communities are reporting power outages.

Cayuga: 9,271
Ontario: 2,484
Schuyler: 2,279
Seneca: 2,755
Steuben: 4,221
Yates: 6,487
