White Springs Fire Association Honors Top Members

The White Springs Fire Association held its annual members banquet and awards dinner on Saturday, celebrating the dedication and hard work of its volunteers throughout 2025.

During the event, several members were recognized for their outstanding contributions:

Top Responder (249 Calls): Ronnie Martin
Top Training Award: Jeff McGuigan
Chief’s Award: Nick Madia
President’s Award: Ronnie Martin
Firefighter of the Year: Joshua Bishop

The association also presented the John Barnard Award, which honors members who have completed 1,000 cumulative calls over their careers. This year’s recipients include:

James Grady (3rd time)
Tim Higgins (3rd time)
Jeff McGuigan
