A Waterloo woman has been arrested after police say she provided alcohol and marijuana to minors.
35-year-old Christina Bartlett was charged with three counts of unlawfully dealing with a child and four counts of criminal sale of cannabis.
Bartlett was released on appearence tickets for Waterloo Village Court.
