Waterloo Village Court has dissolved. If you had a pending traffic ticket or criminal case with the court and received a ticket north of the Canal, your case will now be handled in Waterloo Town Court. For those that received tickets south of the Canal, you will be in Fayette Town Court.
The Waterloo Police Department is urging those with pending matters to email the appropriate court with your name, date of birth, address, and if you plead guilty or not guilty.
