Waterloo Man Sentenced for Felony Drug Conviction

A local man will spend five years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony drug charge.

A search warrant executed at a Waterloo home on Stark Street resulted in the arrest of Brian Macgill and two other people, Mark and Kristie Pontius. Macgill was accused of possessing cocaine with the intent to sell it as well as a large knife.

The Finger Lakes Times reports Macgill was sentenced by Seneca County Judge Barry Porsch last Wednesday.
