Walworth Man Charged With Rape of Juvenile

A 20-year-old Walworth man has been arrested on multiple felony sex offense charges following an investigation into alleged abuse involving a juvenile, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff’s officials said Christian Lynn of Wildflower Drive was arrested Friday at his home.

Investigators said the arrest stems from a report filed in October 2025 alleging that Lynn sexually assaulted a female juvenile under the age of 14 over a two-month period. Authorities say the alleged incidents occurred between Sept. 1 and Oct. 3, 2025, at his residence in Walworth.

As part of the investigation, detectives executed multiple search warrants involving Lynn’s cellphone and social media accounts.

Lynn is charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Officials said the investigation is ongoing, and there may be additional juvenile victims.

Lynn was taken to the Wayne County Jail, where he is being held without bail pending arraignment in CAP Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
