A 19-year-old from Victor has been charged with rape.
It is alleged that Walker Eskildsen sexually assaulted a woman on January 8th in Victor. Following his arraignment, Eskildsen was sent to Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
Eskildsen will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
