New York State Electric and Gas and Rochester Gas and Electric customers in Wayne County will have a chance today to meet face-to-face with customer service representatives to discuss their billing concerns.
The utility will host a Community Connection event at the county’s Public Safety Building this afternoon between 4 and 7. Representatives from the Customer Advocacy Group and Energy Efficiency Group will also be on hand to provide information on available programs, assistance options, and energy-saving opportunities.
Additional NYSEG employees will be on-site to answer general questions and guide customers before they meet with service representatives.
