The Ontario County Clerk’s office will be closed for parts of the next two weeks for a major software upgrade.
Officials say the office will close at noon on December 31, and remain closed all day on January 2 and January 5 while the new system is installed. County officials say the upgrade will improve efficiency, strengthen document management, and provide better service for residents and businesses.
Normal operations are set to resume on January 6
