The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reported Tuesday Maryann Delfino passed away at Strong Memorial Hospital from the injuries she suffered in Monday’s incident.

A Fairport woman was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle at the Victor BJ’s Monday afternoon.
According to the Ontario Sheriff’s Office, just before 1:00, 87-year-old Filomena Marchioli, also of Fairport, was pulling into a handicapped parking spot when she overshot the space and crashed into a Jeep belonging to 60-year-old Karen Fudge of Penn Yan.
Marchioli then recklessly reversed her vehicle and hit 83-year-old Maryann Delfino at a high rate of speed as she was walking behind the car. Delfino was then taken to the hospital
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
