The Town of Ontario has lifted the boil water advisory that was in effect late Sunday afternoon.
Officials say testing of the water returned two negative results, confirming it is safe for all normal use. Residents can now resume drinking, cooking, and other regular water activities without restriction.
The town thanked residents for their patience as the Utilities Department worked to restore safe water as quickly as possible.
Questions or concerns can be directed to the Water Utilities Superintendent, Bryan Whipple at (315) 524-2941 ex.700
