Two Car Crash in Canandaigua Causes Minor Injuries

Only minor injuries were reported following a Friday afternoon motor vehicle accident in Canandaigua.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the incident happened around 3:00p at the intersection of Emerson and Sand Hill Roads. 69-year-old Mark Mcwilliams is accused of failing to yield the right of way at the intersection, causing a collision with 84-year-old Louis Buccini who was travelling west on Emerson Road.

Buccini’s passenger, 80-year-old Georgia Buccini was taken to FF Thomspn Hospital for minor injuries.

Mcwilliams was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way.
