Troopers Help Deliver Baby in Waterloo Parking Lot

State Police helped deliver a baby in Seneca County on Monday.

Troopers Joseph Vinci and Alexander Mullen were dispatched by Seneca County 911 to the Lowes parking lot in Waterloo for a woman in labor inside a vehicle. The troopers helped with the delivery of the baby girl.

Seneca Ambulance then arrived and took both the mom and the baby to FF Thompson Hospital.

Police report both mother and child are doing well.
