A person who was stabbed in the city of Canandaigua on Thursday is being treated for life-threatening injuries at Strong Memorial Hospital.
It’s alleged that Robert Taylor the Third, of Phelps, confronted the victim at around 5:10 p.m. on Saltonstall Street, which led to a physical altercation. Police say it was then that Taylor stabbed the victim in the abdomen with a knife and fled the scene.
The 37-year-old Phelps man was later located at his home and was arrested for assault. Taylor was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
