State’s Deal to Maintain Willard Property Expires in April

Who will pay to maintain the former Willard Psychiatric property in 2024? Seneca County Chairman Mike Enslow says the state’s commitment runs out at the end of April.

 

Enslow says they are currently reaching out to developers to gauge their interest in the property. Some potential uses already identified include single-family housing, a resort, and a conference center
