Seneca County Manager Kyle Lovell has been placed on paid, administrative leave.

The county’s Board of Supervisors placed the 39-year-old Lodi resident on leave following a special board meeting Sunday night. ‘Unforeseen circumstances’ were given as the reason for the action.

Lovell, a Liverpool native, was hired as deputy county manager in June 2023 and succeeded Mitch Rowe upon his retirement.

This is a developing story and we will update it as more details are released.
