Dozens of U.S. veteran brass grave markers stolen from an Ontario County cemetery a few months ago will be replaced thanks to a Rochester business.

13 WHAM reports the Rochester Optical Manufacturing Company gave a check for $3,000 to the Victor American Legion to cover the cost of the 40 medallions stolen from St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Victor in the first week of September.

State Police are still investigating the thefts.
