It appears the Rochester man charged with attempted murder for a stabbing that happened in Seneca Falls late last year will soon be headed to trial.
On December 10th, first responders found a woman suffering from life-threatening stab wounds at her Fall Street home. Weeks later, 35-year-old Jocolby Wallace was arrested on a grand jury indictment charging him with attempted murder, assault, burglary, and criminal possession of a weapon, all felonies.
The Finger Lakes Times reports a pretrial hearing in the case is set for Thursday and Wallace’s attorney said in court he doesn’t believe his client will accept any plea deal.
