An Ontario County man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly selling cocaine to a person who died from an overdose last month.
39-year-old Hank Babcock, of Canadice, is charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Babcock was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment. The Ontario County Coroner’s Office assisted the Sheriff’s Department with the investigation.
