A Naples man has been charged with the felony sexual abuse of a person physically helpless to grant consent.

The alleged incident involving 19-year-old Brendan Miller and the 26-year-old victim occurred on October 19th while at a gathering at a residence in the town of Prattsburgh.

Miller was also charged with misdemeanor forcible touching and was arraigned at the Steuben County Jail.

A stay-away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
