A Southern Tier couple is facing charges of grand larceny and forgery in Ontario County.
43-year-old Deborah Cass and 42-year-old David Cass, of Friendship in Allegany County, purchased a guided hunting trip through a business in Manchester for over $30,000. According to law enforcement, after the hunt was finished, it was determined the funds provided for payment of the hunt were rejected for insufficient funds.
The couple will appear in Manchester Town Court to answer the charges.
