The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 23-year-old Phelps man on an aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charge.
Ralph Teeter’s arrest stems from a traffic stop where deputies stopped the vehicle Teeter was driving a car with insufficient tail lamps.
Teeter was released on an appearance ticket for Romulus Town Court.
