A joint investigation by the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force and Ontario County Sheriff’s Office into alleged sexual abuse has resulted in the arrest of a 36-year-old Phelps man.
Eric Passalacqua is accused of having sexual contact with a six-year-old child last June.
Passalacqua was released after arraignment to appear in Phelps Town Court at a later date. An order of protection was granted to the victim.
