The Seneca Falls School District is named in a lawsuit after a high school senior last year committed suicide.

The Finger Lakes Times reports Melissa Brand Brown and Stephen Brown filed the wrongful death lawsuit after their daughter Taylor Brown killed herself after years of being bully in school.

The 43-page lawsuit alleges bullying and harassment by students and teachers and that the district was negligent in failing to take proper action to protect her. Four school administrators are also named in the lawsuit.
