The “No Wake” order previously issued for Honeoye Lake has been lifted as water levels are returning to near-normal levels.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office issued the order on April 13th after water levels in the lake were deemed to be significantly higher than normal.
Sheriff David Cirencione reminds boaters to use due caution and operate in a manner that is safe for the current conditions.
