One Injured After Rollover in East Bloomfield

One man was taken to the hospital after a rollover crash in East Bloomfield Friday.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, at around 1:15p, John Piasta veered off the roadway on County Road 40, crashing into a ditch, and striking a tree causing the rollover.

The 70-year-old was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital as a precaution for minor injuries.

It is believed that a medical event contributed to the crash.
