The investigation into a fatal drug overdose in Ontario County last month has resulted in the arrest of a Newark woman.
An investigation determined Keiana Borum allegedly sold fentanyl to the 27-year-old victim prior to her death on December 17th in Manchester.
The 28-year-old Borum was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and released on Bail Reform. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office in its investigation.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
