A new Byrne Dairy convenience store and gas station is under construction in Seneca Falls.
The store will one day open at the intersection of Routes 5 &20 and 414, next to the Connector Bridge. The long vacant site used to be the location of a Pizza Hut and before that Chase’s Restaurant.
That new store will consist of a full-service convenience and ice cream store, a deli, and fuel pumps.
It’s not known what will happen to the small Byrne Dairy convenience store with no gas pumps at 153 Fall Street in downtown Seneca Falls.
Byrne Dairy is based in Syracuse and started in 1933. It now has 74 locations across the state.
