The Town of Victor Planning Board has approved a new cannabis dispensary at Eastview Mall.
The store, run by Good Life Collective, cleared approvals from both the mall and the New York State Office of Cannabis Management. The board set conditions for opening, including submitting all state licensing documents, paying required fees, and following restricted store hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
The dispensary cannot open until all local and state permits are in place.
