Three new Democratic members of the Canandaigua Town Board will be sworn in on Wednesday in the town municipal building.
Supervisor-elect Don Cotter and Councilors-elect Scott Hall and Bobby Ellis will begin four-year terms, joining Republican holdovers John Casey and David Sauter to form a 3-2 Democratic majority. Cotter, who narrowly defeated incumbent Jared Simpson in November by 12 votes, will also serve on the Ontario County Board of Supervisors.
Tonight’s ceremony will be held at 6 o’clock.
