A 20-year-old Hopewell man has been banned from all Finger Lakes Community College properties following his arrest on a felony charge of aggravated harassment as a hate crime.
Joseph Goings is accused of sending messages to another person threatening them with physical harm based on their sexual orientation.
Goings was released following his arraignment to appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
The College also banned Goings from the Suites at Laker Landing where he was a resident.
