A Wayne County man has admitted to possessing child porn.
According to the US Attorney’s Office, state police received a report in July that Randall Seeley was engaging in sexually explicit online communications with a 13-14-year-old. A review of the minor’s social media accounts revealed the communications went back as far as July 2022.
An analysis of the 45-year-old Lyons man’s electronic devices turned up child porn depicting the teen and other, unknown minors.
Seeley faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when sentenced on May 23.
