Lodi Town Supervisor Resigns

Lodi Supervisor Kyle Barnhart has resigned.

Barnhart tells the Finger Lakes Times he has a new job and does not have the time to serve as the Town Supervisor.  Barnhart is Director of Administration for the Earth & Atmospheric Sciences at Cornell University

Barnhart, the only Democrat on the Seneca County Board of Supervisors, was not seeking reelection next month.  His resignation before the end of his term was unexpected.

Town Board member Republican Lucas Latini is the deputy supervisor.  He is running unopposed town supervisor.
