Livonia Man Arrested on Felony Hate Crime Charge in Ontario County

A Livonia man has posted bail in Ontario County after being arrested for allegedly violating a court order multiple times since his previous arraignment one month ago.

On Tuesday, Raphael Cratsley was charged with felony criminal contempt as a hate crime. The 51-year-old was taken into custody without incident at a business in Livonia and brought to Ontario County Jail where he was arraigned.

No specific details of what led to the felony hate crime charge were released.  Cratsley will appear in Richmond Town Court at a later date.
