Expect a ruling on the Seneca Lake crypto-mining plant in the next two weeks.

After hearing oral arguments this week, State Supreme Court Justice Vincent DiNolfo said he will rule on Greenidge Generation’s lawsuit against the state Department of Environmental Conservation by November 14th. The DEC denied Greenidge’s request for a new air permit and the plant could be forced to close.

The lawsuit seeks a preliminary injunction to block a state order to shut down the plant in Dresden.
