A GoFundMe campaign has so far raised over $11,000 for the family where the fire started in their Ovid apartment.

The Ovid VFW Post started the campaign for Kelsy Thorn and her three children.  Kelsey’s father is a lifetime VFW member.

Not only was their home destroyed, but Kelsy’s car, parked below, was also totaled. They escaped with nothing but the clothes on their backs. They also lost a pet cat.
