A local man is going to prison for sexually assaulting an employee of Family Dollar in Geneva.
Donald Scott was sentenced last week to six years behind bars after an Ontario County Jury found him guilty in January of sexual abuse and forcible touching. He also received 10 years of post-release supervision.
Police arrested the 37-year-old Geneva man with help from the victim who was able to take pictures of Scott and his car after the assault.
