Geneva Man Arrested for Castle Street Home Invasion

An arrest has been made in connection with the Wednesday morning armed home invasion that happened at a home on Castle Street in Geneva.

54-year-old Joseph Woody, the Third, was identified by police as a person of interest and was arrested Friday on robbery and burglary charges. A convicted felon, Woody is on probation in Ontario County for criminal possession of stolen property.

Woody, a Geneva resident, is being held at the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
