An Ontario County man has been arrested for trespassing at a local school.
28-year-old Daniel Picchi was arrested Thursday after he was reported to have been on an elementary school property in Seneca Falls after previously being barred.
The Geneva man was charged with criminal trespass and released on an appearance ticket.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the school.
