Jury selection begins Monday for a double-murder trial in Seneca County Court.
Wayne Ellison, Junior, of Waterloo and Christopher Kesterson, of Phelps, face charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the shooting death of Texas resident William Waugh at a home on Route 96 in the town of Waterloo.
Waugh, a former Waterloo resident, was in town last September for a wedding.
