A scam alert has been issued by one local casino.
Del Lago Resort and Casino announced on Facebook on Tuesday that it has been made aware of a number of Facebook pages claiming to represent the Waterloo casino. Del Lago said the casino has no affiliation with these impersonators, and people are advised not to register, deposit money, or engage with said pages.
The casino added that it’s working with Facebook to have the fraudulent pages removed.
