A cyber tip received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has resulted in the arrest of a Wayne County man.
Following a months-long investigation that turned up multiple sexually explicit images and videos of minors, State Police report the Friday arrest of Geoffrey Havranek.
The 30-year-old Sodus man was charged with seven felony counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child and issued appearance tickets for Sodus Town Court. He is expected to appear in court early next month.
