The criminal cases against three Clyde-Savannah High School students accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old will be tried in Youth Part Court. Wayne County Judge Rick Healy announced his decision on Wednesday.
The three teens, ages 15, 16, and 17, are charged with sexual abuse, hazing, and forcible touching after the Halloween assault that took place in the locker room of the high school football team. Investigators had previously stated the incident was recorded and shared on social media.
A fourth teen was charged with two counts of unlawful surveillance and had his case moved to Family Court, which was required by law.
The trio are scheduled to be back in court on January 17th
