A Canandaigua man has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor and local authorities are concerned there may be more victims.
New York State Police were originally at Joshua Abril–Alicea’s apartment to serve a search warrant when they observed the 28-year-old leave the apartment with a teenage girl. Abril-Alicea for Rape 3rd (E Felony) for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 17.
