A Canandaigua man has been arrested following an investigation into alleged inappropriate behavior involving a minor.
According to Ontraio County Sheriff’s Investigators, back on November 7, Ryan Gilly sent a nude photo to a minor relative in an attempt to begin a sexual reltationship. On a separate date, he is also accused of touching the victim’s breast.
The 24-year-old was arrested Thursday on the charge of Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor and taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
