The former owners of a pitbull that attacked a father and son in Canandaigua had their cases postponed this week.
26-year-old Casey Murphy and 27-year-old Madison Herendeen of Canandaigua will be back in court November 18th. Last month they entered not guilty pleas to assault and reckless endangerment charges.
A 43-year-old man and his 10-year-old son were attacked by the dog as they walked down Main Street.
The same dog attacked a 3-year-old girl.
